MEMBERS:
3.1
Upon successfully completing the electronic online membership form, a
person will become a member of the Foundation.
3.2 For membership to remain active a member will be required to confirm
their membership yearly. This will be done by inputting their membership
number into a url, these details will be e-mail to them.
3.3
For membership to remain active members will be required to do four click
throughs per month.( A click through will consist of visiting 4 predetermined
URLS, the site page they are visiting must totally load) These can be
performed at separate times or all together, as long as the requirement
of 48 click throughs, per year is achieved in any given 12 month period.
4. MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENTS:
4.1 At a date yet to be determine in the year 2005 the Foundation will
issue shares to all active members registered before the closing date.
Closing date for registration is yet to be determined.
4.2
All Immortalbeing Foundation members will be entitled to at least one
electronic mail message ("email") per month in regard to the progress
that has been made towards the Foundations objectives.
4.3 All members will get access to any technology, knowledge or developments
that the Foundation gains.
5 MEMBERSHIP RANKING:
5.1 Upon becoming a member of the Foundation a person will be allocated
a membership number.
5.2 In the allocation of any knowledge or technologies that the Foundation
obtains, members will be ranked in accordance with the length of time
that they have held membership. The length of membership will be determined
by the date of the membership number.
6. CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
6.1 A member shall cease to be a member of the Foundation in any of the
following events:
(i) They contact the Foundation and communicate their desire to terminate
their membership and no longer receive communication; and/or,
(ii) If, after the submission of the joining form, a member fails without
good reason to confirm their membership, from the e-mail they will have
received.
(iv)If,
a member fails without good reason to complete 48 click throughs in a
12 month period, from the monthly e-mails they will have received.
(v) If the Council decide that a member has without good reason jeopardized
any of the Foundations objectives then their membership can be revoked.
(vi)
"Good reason" for the purposes of this section shall be a standard set
on a case by case analysis by the Council, subject to their considerations
and discretion.
