7. EFFECTS OF MEMBERSHIP BEING WITHDRAWN:

7.1 When a membership is withdrawn for any of the reasons provided in section 6 of these rules the Foundation will be entitled to:

(i) cease providing the monthly on-line information up date; and ,or

(ii) remove the membership and membership number from the Foundation registration, in turn extinguishing any benefits from the length of time that the membership may have acquired; and, or

(iii) remove any other privileges, benefits and entitlements that member may have been granted by the Foundation.

8. REGISTER OF MEMBERS:

8.1 The Foundation shall keep a copy of properly completed membership forms. This data will recorded electronically and/or in a hard copy format.

9. OFFICERS:

9.1 The officers of the Foundation shall be as follows:

(i) One Executive Director.

(ii) One Treasurer

(iii) One Secretary

(iv) Any number of duly elected Officers

9.2 Upon being duly appointed to one of the above named offices the office holder will be entitled to cast one vote at any subsequent Council Meeting.

9.3 Any person may be able to hold more than one office at any given time. They will be able to exercise the respective voting power/s vested in all of the office/s that they occupy.

10. COUNCIL

10.2 The Council will consist of the:

(i) Executive Director,

(ii) Treasurer,

(iii) Secretary

(iv) and any duly appointed officers who hold office.

11. POWERS OF THE COUNCIL:

11.1 The Council shall be the decision making body of the Foundation and shall have complete discretion in regards to policy, finances, investments and all other activities involving the Foundation.

11.2 Unless stated otherwise in these rules, any motion put to the Council will require a majority to be accepted.
