Following are the set of rules by which the Foundation is Governed .
If you don't like reading big wordy documents skip this section for now, because this is what it is. But read it if you decide to join it will be for your own benefit to see how our systems work.

 

RULES OF THE IMMORTALBEING FOUNDATION

1. NAME:
The name of the Foundation shall be the "Immortalbeing Foundation" (the "Foundation")

2.OBJECTS:
The objects for which the Foundation is established are:

2.1 The PRIMARY OBJECTIVE of the Foundation is the development of a cure for death.

2.2 The SECONDARY OBJECTIVES of the Foundation will be the continued gathering of knowledge and technologies in regards to:

(i) Global Warming; and

(ii) Detection of Asteroids; and

(iii)Nuclear War

(iv)New or alternative Power Source

2.3 In order to further these objectives the Foundation will endeavor to :

(i) gather and disseminate knowledge, work and ideas to Foundation members; and,

(ii) stimulate and/or support research into any kind of technologies that could help in fulfilling any or all of the objectives; and,

(iii) publish and disseminate information to its members and to the general public relating to the concerns and purposes of the Foundation; and ,

(iv) cooperate with other organisations having similar objectives to its own

(v) the sale and dissemination of goods and services to members and non-members where such sale and dissemination in the opinion of the Council will tend to promote the objects of the Foundation or in the opinion of the Council is likely to produce profits for the promotion of the objects of the Foundation.

2.4 Incidental and Ancillary Objects and Powers:

(i) To carry on any activities which may seem to the Council capable of being conveniently carried on in connection with its objectives or calculated directly or indirectly to enhance the value of or render profitable any of the Foundations initiatives.

(ii) To apply for, purchase, or otherwise acquire any patents, patent rights, copyrights, trade marks, formulas, licences, concessions, and the like, conferring any exclusive or non-exclusive or limited right to use, or any secret or other information as to, any invention which may seem capable of being used for any of the purposes of the Foundation, or the acquisition of which may seem calculated directly or indirectly to benefit the Foundation; and to use, exercise, develop, or grant licences in respect of, or otherwise turn to account, the property, rights, or information so acquired.

(iii) To enter into partnership or into any arrangement for sharing of profits, union of interests, co-operation, joint adventure, reciprocal concession, or otherwise, with any person or organisation carrying on or engaged in or about to carry on or engage in or any business or transaction which the Foundation is to carry on or engage in, or any business or transaction capable of being conducted so as directly or indirectly to benefit the Foundation.

(iv) To take, or otherwise acquire, and hold, shares, debentures, or other securities of any other organization.

(v) To enter into any arrangements with any Government or authority, supreme, municipal, local, or otherwise, that may seem conducive to the Foundation's objects, or any of them; and to obtain from any such Government or authority any rights, privileges, and concessions which the Council may think it desirable to obtain; and to carry out, exercise, and comply with any such arrangements, rights, privileges, and concessions.

(vi) To establish and support or aid in the establishment and support of associations, institutions, funds, trusts, and conveniences calculated to benefit the Foundation.

(vii) To promote any other organization or companies for the purpose of acquiring or taking over all or any of the property, rights, and liabilities of the organization, or for any other purpose which may seem directly or indirectly calculated to benefit the Foundation.

(viii) To purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire, and otherwise acquire any real and personal property and any rights or privileges which the Council may think necessary or convenient for the purposes of the Foundations objectives, and in particular any land, buildings, easements, machinery, plant, and stock in trade.

(ix) To construct, improve, maintain, develop, work, manage, carry out, or control any buildings, works, factories, mills, roads, ways, tramways, railways, branches or sidings, bridges, reservoirs, watercourses, wharves, warehouses, electric works, shops, stores, and other works and conveniences which may seem calculated directly or indirectly to advance the Foundation's interests; and to contribute to, subsidise, or otherwise assist or take part in the construction, improvement, maintenance, development, working, management, carrying out, or control thereof.
