Yoga.
Yoga has many benefits it will help you develop
a fit supple body while relieving the everyday stresses of modern living.
It will help you relax and control you whole body better. But be warned
it is brutally hard for first couple of months until you develop into
many of the stretches. It is similar to learning to walk. You'll be using
muscles you didn't even know you had.
